Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between (LIND) and a student member who is enrolled in any course. By making any payments or accepting the Academy’s offer of a place in any of our courses, the ‘Student’ fully accepts these conditions, which constitute the contract between the ‘Student’ and the ‘Academy’ regarding their studies with the academy.

General Policy

Students are expected to provide accurate information during the enrolment process and submit the necessary documents as explained by the Admissions Counsellor.
(LIND) reserves the right to make changes in its Course Programs, Fees, Course Commencement Date, Venue, Test Timings, or to deny admission.
If a student engages in any unfair or unsocial activities, both the student and their parents are solely responsible. The academy holds no responsibility for such behaviour.
Commuting to the academy is the sole responsibility of the student. In case of any mishap during their commute, the student is entirely responsible.
Course materials provided by the academy during the student’s study at (LIND) must not be shared with others for any purpose.
Students are expected to participate in events organised by the academy as part of the training program, and photographs and videos from these events may be used for promotional purposes.
